Payment, Shipping and Delivery

  • The shipping will not be released until the payment is reflected and verified by the bank under any circumstances.

  • Where customers choose to arrange transport through their own carrier, **TEYMO** will prepare the equipment for collection. Any additional packaging, loading or special handling services requested by the customer may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the equipment has been collected by the customer or handed over to the appointed transport company, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • # Collection, Shipping & Storage

  • Once full payment has been received, the equipment must be collected or shipping arrangements must be confirmed within **3 calendar days**, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If the equipment remains uncollected after this period without prior agreement, **TEYMO** reserves the right to apply reasonable storage charges to cover storage, insurance and handling costs.
  • If collection is delayed, customers are requested to contact our sales team in advance. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate alternative collection or delivery arrangements whenever possible.
  • Should the equipment remain uncollected for an extended period without communication or payment of applicable storage charges, **TEYMO** reserves the right, in accordance with applicable Spanish law, to cancel the sale, retain reasonable costs incurred and make the equipment available for sale again.
  • Any outstanding storage or handling charges must be paid in full before the equipment is released for collection or dispatched to the customer.

Warranty and Return Policy

  • Unless otherwise stated in the product description, eligible equipment sold by **TEYMO** includes a **12-month limited warranty** covering manufacturing or mechanical defects that are not caused by misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, accidents or normal wear and tear.

  • Customer satisfaction is important to us. If the equipment delivered differs substantially from the description provided on our website, the buyer may request a return within **30 calendar days** from the date of delivery.
